What If We Didn't Wait for the Weekend?
1 min read

Tuesday. 4:37 PM.
You're halfway through your afternoon coffee, answering emails, and trying to convince yourself that you're having a wonderfully productive day.
And then your phone lights up.
“What are you doing tonight?”
Well.
That's an interesting question 🤭
Because five seconds ago, your evening plans involved a comfortable sweater, something delicious for dinner, and possibly a very serious commitment to doing absolutely nothing.
But suddenly, there's a much more interesting possibility.
A spontaneous dinner.
A walk through the city.
A glass of wine somewhere lovely.
Or perhaps just a coffee that somehow turns into three hours of conversation.
I have such a soft spot for people who are spontaneous.
The ones who don't need everything arranged weeks in advance.
Who sometimes simply decide they'd rather spend the evening with you than wait for a more convenient day.
And I think there's something especially sweet about that.
Not the distance someone travels or how elaborate the plan becomes.
Just the thought behind it.
I'd really like to see you.
Four little words that can make an ordinary Tuesday feel rather special.
Of course, there's a small problem.
You now have approximately twenty minutes to get ready.
And naturally, absolutely nothing in your wardrobe seems appropriate for an evening you didn't know existed ten minutes ago 🤭
But isn't that part of the fun?
Some of the loveliest memories begin without a reservation, a carefully planned itinerary, or even a particularly good reason.
Just a little spontaneity and two people who'd rather see each other sooner than later.
Besides, I've never understood why romance should have to wait until Friday.
The weekend already has plenty going for it.
Perhaps we should let Tuesday have a little fun too.
And who knows?
It might just become your favorite day of the week 🤭🤍
